We provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We realize that each person is unique and lives their life in relation to others. At Inspiration, we take this into consideration when deciding how to help.

We value and seek to discover each person’s unique talents, passions, interests, and preferences. Then we work with these to help the person develop in the ways they desire. We seek to understand each person’s social relationships and their relation to the wider community. Then we help them improve these relationships; and to expand their horizons, living, life larger, freer, and more joyfully. At Inspiration, we emphasize quality-care over quantity.

Every person with autism who comes into our care is treated as a whole person. In addition to direct, one-on-one applied behavior analysis, we provide help in other areas through community health work (CHW). These include finding solutions for housing, transportation, and coordination of care.

The members of our team who provide direct care to people with autism spectrum disorder are called “Behavior Artists.” These teammates are all certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We call them Behavior Artists to recognize that they bring their entire being (all their abilities, skills, interests, and experiences) to bear in their work.

We also recognize the humanity and creativity that are present in the work of Behavior Artists, as they execute the scientifically supported methods of applied behavior analysis.
